COLD INSULATION

The cold insulation jobs include between temperatures - 200 deg. cel. to + 20 deg cel. The vessels and pipelines to be protected will be cleaned in order to make a similar release from residue and oil. These vessels and channel lines will be applied with bituminous paint covering and protection of Thermocole / Fiber glass /PUF will be fixed with bitumen/CPRX compound. The last completion could be aluminum sheet/Stainless sheet/concrete sand mortar. The Choices of protection material and covering can be according to customers decision or if necessary can be proposed by our experience specialized group to give the best outcomes in most serious costs.

Types of Cold Insulation

Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS)

Extended Polystyrene insulation is a lightweight, unbending, close cell protection. EPS is accessible in a few compressive qualities to withstand load and inlay powers. This shut cell structure gives negligible water assimilation and low fume perpetual quality.

Extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS)

Extruded polystyrene hard foam is a close cell foam material which retains just least amounts of dampness. XPS is just marginally versatile and is impervious to decaying and maturing. Extruded polystyrene foam isn't impervious to UV light.

Polyurethane Foam(PUF)

Spray polyurethane Foam (SPF) is made by blending and responding synthetic compounds to make a froth. The blending and responding materials respond rapidly, developing contact to make froth that protects, air seals and gives a dampness boundary. They are generally light, weighing roughly two pounds for every cubic foot, and have a R-estimation of around R-6.3 per inch of thickness.

Poly-isocyanurate Foam(PUF)

Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR), also referred to as PIR, polyiso, or ISO, is very similar as polyurethane foam. It is also a closed cell thermoset polymer formed by reacting a di- or poly-isocyanate with a polyol. The thermal conductivity can be lower than that of polyurethane foam. Polyisocyanurate foam is typically used for metal faced panels, roof boards, cavity wall boards and pipe insulation. PIR foam panels laminated with pure embossed aluminium foil are used for fabrication of pre-insulated duct that is used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. On the other hand, PIR cannot be used to insulate existing cavity walls, since there is no PIR foam that can be injected into existing cavity walls. It offers even better thermal stability and flammability resistance than polyurethane foam.

Foam Glass

Foam glass is a sort of lightweight, high-quality structure material and beautiful material with brilliant execution (insulation) and sound retention that is both dampness verification and flame resistant. The temperature go is from 196 degrees to 450 degrees. Albeit other new protection materials rise in a perpetual stream, foam glass possesses an undeniably significant situation in the fields of thermal insulation, dampness evidence building, and sound assimilation because of its changelessness, wellbeing, and high dependability. Its creation is the reusing of waste strong materials, which is a case of securing nature and getting generous financial advantages.

Phenolic Foam

Phenolic foam is a flexible material utilized in a wide assortment of uses where warm execution, dampness obstruction, fire execution and even basic quality are key execution measures. ... The mining/burrowing enterprises use mining froth to fill in breaks and settle disintegrating rock faces.
